Chronic pain – physical and emotional – has been hands down one of the most grueling things I’ve worked with on my healing journey. But it’s also been my greatest teacher of self-love and compassion.

In this episode, I share the insights and tools that have helped me see and experience pain differently. Through ongoing practice, my relationship to my body and to the sensations we call pain, has been shifting from fear, resentment, and guilt – to presence, compassion, and harmony.

I also introduce 3 powerhouse teachers who have changed my life through their mind-body approach to healing and releasing pain. Countless people around the world have defied medical conventions and experienced profound healing through their work!
