Welcome to our first guest episode! It is my joy and honor to introduce to you my dear friend Meghan Cefalu.
Megan Cefalu is a spiritual counselor, energy worker and ordained minister. In 2019 she shifted her career from congregational ministry to one-on-one spiritual counseling in order to support spiritual seekers on their healing journey.
I admire Meghan so much. She is someone who really walks in love. And I think she’s the perfect guest to talk about healing relationships because she and her husband are a living demonstration of what A Course In Miracles calls a holy relationship—a relationship based on unconditional love and total freedom.
So much of the stress and heartbreak we experience in our relationships come from wanting the other person to fulfill us, and trying to control them so that we can be happy. ACIM calls this a special relationship—a relationship based on fear, separation, and conditions.
In this episode, Meghan shares about her work as a spiritual counselor and the process that she and her husband went through to give their relationship over to the Holy Spirit, and allowed it to be transformed over the course of a decade.
We talk about:
What is spiritual counseling?
The 3 core beliefs of the ego that causes suffering
A holy relationship vs. special relationship according to ACIM
How Meghan and her husband allowed their relationship to be transformed over a decade
Stories of healing and transformation in Meghan’s spiritual counseling clients
… and more!
